Το Cyprus Job & Career Festival είναι η μεγαλύτερη έκθεση για τις ευκαιρίες εργοδότησης και επαγγελματικής καριέρας που γίνεται στην Κύπρο. Η αγορά εργασίας αλλάζει ραγδαία στην Κύπρο και πολλοί τομείς της οικονομίας και επιχειρήσεις αναζητούν στελέχη με νέα και διαφορετικά προσόντα και γνώσεις. Στόχος της έκθεσης είναι να δοθεί η ευκαιρία στις κυπριακές επιχειρήσεις από όλους τους κλάδους της οικονομίας, μέσα σε ένα διαδραστικό και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, να παρουσιάσουν τα επαγγέλματα του μέλλοντος, δηλαδή τις θέσεις εργασίας που θα έχουν τα επόμενα χρόνια και τις δεξιότητες και ακαδημαϊκά προσόντα που θα ζητούν για τις θέσεις αυτές. Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση θα δοθεί σε συγκεκριμένους τομείς όπως ICT – τεχνολογία, επαγγελματικές υπηρεσίες, χρηματοοικονομικά, ναυτιλία, εμπόριο και τουρισμός. Στο πλαίσιο της έκθεσης θα γίνουν παράλληλες εκδηλώσεις, όπως παρουσιάσεις των “star employers” και διαλέξεις για συγκεκριμένους κλάδους.
